The Mantua Potato Festival Association is an independent non-profit organization and is not associated with the Village of Mantua.
Did you know? The first Mantua "Potato Show" was held in 1939 in the high school auditorium to encourage better potato quality by the use of grading. The following year, 97 exhibitors competed for prize money with local varieties of Cobblers, Russets, Latahdins and "Rural White" potatoes!
